装置をセットするお約束の少し前に、再度セパレートを
入れます
（ブログ：装置が出来るまで①参照）
前回は、バンドを1個ずつあわせたので、多少隙間が
少なくても、押し込むことが出来ます
しかし、装置が出来てくると、バンドが2個セット
（3個・4個の装置もあります）になっているので、
隙間が少ないと、難しくなり、痛みがあることもあります
ｸｫｰﾄﾞﾍﾘｯｸｽ（Q.H)の場合は、ワイヤーの部分を歯列の幅より
広げてセットするので、押し込まれる感じがあると思います
それもこれも、歯を動かして、キレイな歯並びにするためです
（小さいお子様でも、大丈夫なので、心配はないですよ
）
その日から、歯は動き出します
また、装置の周りの歯磨きが難しくなってきます
歯だけなく、装置の上、装置と歯茎の間もしっかり磨いて下さい
