今日のミーティングで、研修の報告会を行いました
イノウエ矯正歯科では、毎回スタッフ何名かが
研修や講習に代表が出席して、その後報告会で発表しています
聞いてきた文章をまとめて、みんなに分かりやすく伝えることは、
とても難しい
と思っています。
今回の参加スタッフは、イノウエ矯正歯科では初めての報告会でしたが、
とても分かりやすく、勉強になりました
このことを、診療にもいかしていきたいです
