気がつくともう１２月ですね
スタッフの何人かで、５キロマラソン
に出場したのが、
去年の３月でした
その後、あまりのしんどさに止めていたのですが、
夏ごろから、走ることを復活させました
暑かったときは良かったのですが、寒くなりだした頃から
なんだかひざに痛みが
準備体操もせずに走ったらダメですね
少しずつですが、距離ものばしています
目指せ
フルマラソンです
